Post-Christmas Resolution, Day 13

Today’s giving: I’ve been dropping our exchange student off at the bus stop all year. Because its Friday, I gave her a ride to school instead.

I’d love to take her to school directly everyday, but it takes quite a bit of extra time I don’t have in the morning. So Friday was the compromise.

Nonetheless, I was rather surprised to hear her say excitedly this morning that it was Friday and she gets a ride to school.

No matter how altruistic we are, its still nice to hear someone appreciate our efforts.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
