Post-Christmas Resolution, Day 174 – Flowers

Attended my daughters’ talent show on their final day of elementary school. For them, one flower has passed and the next is set to bloom.

Tonight, on the last day of school, my daughter Hayle cut a bunch of flowers from our yard, washed them, arranged them and took the bouquets to our neighbors.

I felt proud that she felt like sharing some of the beauty of our home with others, on this, a milestone day for her.

I can take a lesson from her by giving even on days when I celebrate my own successes.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
