Post-Christmas Resolution, Day 203 – Freerice And A Hug

Was in the office all day, so played a little freerice tonight and gave something tiny.

rice

“… since it takes 400 grams or about 19,200 grains of rice to feed one adult for a day.” — – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freerice#Milestones

I’ve contributed a meager 3780 grains of rice towards feeding someone. I’m afraid that whomever I am feeding will starve long before I actually provide them a meal.

So I went upstairs and gave my girls an extra hug before bed.

I know it won’t feed you like rice, but I think a hug is pretty good too.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
