The Most Missed Person In The Organization

During the Toastmasters D7 Leadership conference today, I heard a quote that went something like this,

Janitor

“The CEO is often perceived as the most important person in company. But when the CEO takes a month off, he’s not really missed. Yet, if the janitor takes the weekend off, you’ll sure miss that roll of toilet paper on Monday morning.”

Just a thought, but maybe the most important person in the company isn’t the CEO.

In the spirit of janitors everywhere, did the fondue dishes at our neighbors house after having a nice dinner with both our families.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
