Do You Have Goodwill?

“For it is in giving that we receive.”

— St. Francis of Assisi

Do you have goodwill?

Of course you have goodwill! You’re a nice person right? You do good things.

Goodwill in Tigard, Oregon.

Still, there’s that stuff in your garage. The stuff you’ll never use. The stuff just sitting there. The stuff which could be … used … by … someone … else.

Well, there’s another type of Goodwill which can help. Maybe you can drop it off at one of the many Goodwill outlets in your neighborhood.

Today.

Just an idea.

Todays gift of time … Took a load of children’s clothes to Goodwill. I hope that they will soon find another home.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!

I love Goodwill, and always find some treasure when I shop there. When we moved to a smaller home a couple years ago, I packed about 1/3 of our stuff, threw away about 1/3 of our junk and dropped off about 1/3 of our stuff at the Goodwill. So many trips to the Goodwill the employees recognized me and greeted me with familiarity. They are so helpful with unloading stuff that’s being donated, too. 🙂

Sounds like you and Goodwill/goodwill are quite good friends! 🙂
