What Stops You?

“It is never too late to be who you might have been.”

— George Eliot

What Stops You?

  • What stops you from helping more people?
  • What stops you from giving more of your time?
  • What stops you from thanking people more?
  • What stops you from thanking more people?
  • What stops you from being kinder?
  • What stops you from making a bigger difference?
  • What stops you from doing something great tomorrow?
  • What stops you from feeling great for doing something extra for someone?
  • What stops you from opening up opportunities in your life through giving to others?
  • What stops you from being the generous person who people talk admiringly about?
  • What stops you from being the person known for their compassion and courage?
  • What stops you from being the person who quit saying “Wouldn’t it be great if someone helped,” and becoming the person who said, “I helped.”

Maybe the question shouldn’t be “What stops you?” but rather “Who stops you?”

There’s only one person holding you back. You know that person intimately.

Today’s gift of time … Went to the store to get some things for my wife who wasn’t feeling well tonight after our brief vacation.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
