If It’s Really Going To Work

“The everyday kindness of the back roads more than makes up for the acts of greed in the headlines.”

— Charles Kuralt, On the Road With Charles Kuralt

Generosity Day has passed. I hope you made the time to do something generous.

But if generosity is really going to work, if it’s really going to change your life, if it’s really going to replace greed and selfishness, if it’s really going to change the world …

… then Generosity Day really needs to be every single day.

Yesterday’s gift of time … My generous act was to take time off work and spend an hour and a half chaperoning the party at my daughter’s school. … It’s just another daily act that I hope someday will inspire others to make the necessary changes to act more generously in their own lives.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
