Last Gift

“It won’t be long now
it won’t be long now
If only I had a little bit more time
If only I had a little bit more time with you.”

— Zach Sobiech

A simple, sad story that will make you smile.

Teenager Zach Sobeich’s story is here. He was told he only had months to live. Sadly, he was forced to choose what his last gift would be.

He chose to give his music.

Let’s hope Zach’s doctors are wrong and he has time to give much more.

The question for us is – what will our last gift be?

And what are we waiting for?

Yesterday’s gift of time … A very late school night waiting to pick up my son as he finished up work with his robotics team. Sometimes all a parent can do is be patient and try to give the little things to their child.

About Eric Winger

Our perception of time is key to how we use our time. The most fundamental way to change that perception is to give our time. This opens us up to new opportunities and ideas from which we can build to really make a difference. ... Yes, we *do* have time to make a difference!
