After They Click

You can beg everyone to vote for your cause or contest online.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAYou can struggle to get your hit counts or page ranking ever higher.

You can grasp at every Like or Share.

You can implore people to buy your book or view your website.

You can gravel for every click.

And if you get enough people to click, you become valuable. You become big, important, rich. You become “successful.”

But in the end, I think your success may be determined by what you give to people …

… after they click.
